Free Shipping Across India
Every order ships free of charge to any address within India. There are no minimum order values and no hidden delivery fees.
Fully Insured Transit
All items are fully insured from the moment they leave our workshop until they arrive at your doorstep. You can rest assured that your purchase is protected at every stage of its journey.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Handcrafted and bespoke pieces may require additional time, as each creation is finished to perfection before it leaves our atelier. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Secure Packaging
Every piece is dispatched in secure, tamper-proof packaging designed to protect fine jewellery during transit. Items are cushioned and sealed to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Damage During Transit
In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, you are fully covered. Please contact us immediately with photographs of the packaging and the item, and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Returns - 1-Week Policy
We offer a 7-day free return window from the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, you will receive 100% value back to the original invoice on exchange.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be in its original, undamaged condition - unworn and unaltered.
- All original certificates, tags, and packaging must be included.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Exchange & Buyback - Lifetime Policy
Every Shrivatsa creation is designed to last generations. To honour that commitment, we offer a lifetime exchange and buyback policy on all items purchased from us. The values below are calculated at current market rates on the day of your request.

Understanding Exchange vs. Buyback
Exchange means you are trading an existing Shrivatsa piece for a new one from our collection. Metal exchange value can be applied towards any component of the new piece - whether metal or gemstone. However, gemstone exchange value can only be applied towards gemstones in the new piece.
Buyback means we purchase the item back from you for a cash refund. If, for example, you wish to receive the gold-equivalent value of your diamonds, this is classified as a buyback (not an exchange) and the buyback rates will apply.
About Gemstones
Unless stated otherwise on the invoice, all gemstones in Shrivatsa jewellery are natural but may be treated. The term “gemstone” in this policy refers to all natural gems, including coloured stones (ruby, emerald, sapphire, etc.), natural diamonds, and natural polki.
Eligibility
- This policy applies only to items that are undamaged, unmodified, and originally purchased from Shrivatsa.
- For damaged or modified items, the metal value will be assessed individually after inspection at our workshop. Gemstone value for such items is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Discount Adjustment
Any discount, promotional offer, or complimentary gift received at the time of original purchase will be deducted from the exchange or buyback value.
Important Notes
- Exchange and buyback values are calculated at current market rates on the day of request - not at the rates prevailing at the time of original purchase.
- The original purchase invoice and all accompanying certificates are required for any exchange or buyback request.
- Processing time is 5–7 business days after the item has been received and inspected at our workshop.
- All items are subject to quality verification at our workshop before final valuation.
